Innowwide SME declaration form

The SME Declaration Form is a mandatory compliance document used to determine whether an applicant company qualifies as an SME under the official EU definition (Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC). It presents the official EU model SME declaration that selected companies must complete before signing a Grant Agreement to confirm their SME status, required by the Innowwide programme.
