The Evaluation Guidelines outline how Innowwide Call 4 applications are assessed. They explain the role and responsibilities of remote experts, the consensus process and the final decision-making based on results from remote evaluation, and further revisions by an independent evaluation panel and ethics panel to shortlisted applications. The document presents the scoring system based on a 100-point scale, with minimum thresholds and maximum scores for Excellence (18/30), Impact (24/40), and Quality and Efficiency of Implementation (18/30). The guidelines also cover key principles such as confidentiality and conflict‑of‑interest rules. Annexes include the list of eligible project activities and the details of the evaluation form.
