The Project Progress Report (PPR) is a mandatory report submitted every six months from project start until completion; failure to submit can result in loss of the Eurostars label and public funding.
The PPR is completed in the Eureka Project Management Platform once the reporting period ends. The consortium has four weeks to complete it. The report must be fully filled in, marked as complete, and submitted. Missing or incorrect information will result in a “Redo” status being transmitted to all partners. Once validated by the Eureka Project Officer, the PPR becomes “Completed”. The next PPR only opens once the previous one has been approved and the next reporting period ends. Email notifications are sent to all partners when a PPR becomes available or overdue.

Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
