2020 has been a challenging year for us all

But challenges bring with them opportunity. At Eureka, we’ve reinforced our commitment to supporting you, entrepreneurs, whose great innovations make a positive societal impact and strengthen our economies.

Here is just a glimpse at some of the ways our network has supported your great work in Eureka’s 35th year of existence:

• There has been an overwhelming international response to Eureka Canada’s initiative of funding projects addressing solutions for the COVID-19 echo period Eurostars, our SME joint funding programme with the EU, has broken all participation records in 2020; watch out for its bigger and even better successor in 2021
• More organisations than ever before have joined our Globalstars Programme calls with Japan, Singapore and India and made the world of innovation even more connected
• 2020 saw our Eureka Clusters join in a call for projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence, with 41 viable proposals received representing over 200 million euros of investment
