This model Call 2 (2023) project is an example of a funded Innowwide project, showing how an SME (TETRAGON, Austria) structured a successful six‑month feasibility project to introduce affordable modular Braille display technology into Zimbabwe through co‑creation, local production and technology transfer. It demonstrates how to position an innovation for low‑income markets and how to communicate feasibility in technical, commercial and social dimensions.

The document serves as a model for applicants on how to structure a proposal; sections are summarised and grouped, so they do not always match the original application form.
